The Bank offers a full range of financial services to individuals and businesses, relying on international experience and new technologies.Former subsidiary of Société Générale Group, now subsidiary of Interros Capital.Responsible for:- Managing CVM development & profitable client portfolio growth- Product sales plans- Management of the full-stack team (Analysts/Data scientists, Data engineers, Campaign managers, Developers): 70+ FTE, CVM & Product (Retail & SME clients, all segments, all channels, all products)- Strategy, decomposition, KPI’s & OKR’s for the team- Management of big strategic integration projects with participation of different ROSBANK group (ex SG) & Interros entities in Russia- Planning & management of budget (HR / Non HR, Change / RUN) of the teamAchievements:- Pitch and showcase the team in front of Sponsors (TM) - from 1 small team focused on lending cross-sell to 10+ teams (CVM, tech, ML, products areas) - Agile transformation: Product tribes - Managing & developing the team of Area PO as a mentor - from tactical to strategy vision- Client lifecycle management implemented from 0: onboarding, engagement & upsell, retention , reactivation (onboarding rate +10%, early churn -10pp, Finalta churn -2%)- Share of customers with 2+ products growth +6% a year- Loyalty& CX CRM team established - partner for CX laboratory. NPS growth +60% a year- Decreasing communication costs whilst increasing sales (digital channels& promotion, ML, external data)- Crises management (COVID, 2022): remote team management, adoption of CRM activities to external factors
