Objectives and Goals1. I am working towards increasing the awareness that good vision in more than seeing 20/20, that there are many other visual functions that are critical for reading, learning, and visual comfort throughout the work day.2. I have started a vision therapy program within Family Eye Care Optometry. My goal is to help as many children as possible who are struggling in school as a result of a vision-related learning problem, as well as adults who are visually uncomfortable and have blurry or double vision.3. Increase awareness of the importance of eye exams for babies and young children. Everyone should have an eye exam before they are 1, and again at 3 and 5-years-old.4.
