I am a passionate Early Childhood Education and Care practitioner with over 14 years of experience within the sector.I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and have played an integral role in leading two Early Learning Services achieve an Exceeding Rating within the ACECQA Rating and Assessment Process. As a manager and educational leader, my strengths relating to critical reflection for action as well as my knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and NQF is exceptional. A commitment to continuous improvement ensures I grasp any opportunity for professional development. I frequently attend training and collaborative sector information sessions. My colleagues will attest to my commitment to a strengths-based approach.I am called upon to coach others with respect to information technology such as Microsoft Office, Childcare Operating Systems and databases. I am particularly invested in providing inclusive environments for all children and I am grateful everyday for my place in the lives of young people.
