I supported creativity and innovation in design thinking workshops, hackathons, idea boxes and the Kreateam. The purpose of my work was to identify new ways to stimulate everyday creativity among all employees, and push the innovation boundaries beyond the spectacular eureka moments that only happen once every now and then. I developed and managed several international EU projects focused on spreading how arts and artists can contribute to sustainable development of people, regions and businesses. I coordinated up to 6 different international partners into a common focus, negotiated collaboration terms, trained new employees into project roles, developed new projects, and wrote applications for funds (awarded 3 of 4 EU-project applications) and final reports. I was frequently invited as speaker at conferences all over Europe. Budget responsibility up to 360 KEur. Project results were delivered to, among others, DG Research and Innovation, DG Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, and DG Regional and Urban Policy. I also worked hands-on in the projects, with the following: - analysing and synthesising learnings from artist/business collaborations- mapping of artist/business collaborations in Europe- setting up artistic interventions in municipalities and artist collaborations in city development- translating the learning and outcomes of the projects into strategic advice for our own companyHighlights: - speaking at a hearing at the European Social and Economic Committee in Brussels. - organizing Creative Clash final conference in Brussels with organizations, businesses, MEPs and civil servants.

I helped companies to increase innovation through projects where they collaborated with artists. This included understanding client challenges, recruiting artists that would match client needs and design the collaboration. Outcomes for clients: improved internal and external communication, more sustainable business models, enacted brand values. I also developed a new innovation and creativity stimulating method: a 24h cross-sectorial innovation lab. One such was held in parallel to the West Sweden Chamber of Commerce yearly conference 2013 with the title “Sky Lab”.

I managed a project focused on improving productivity through leadership, motivation and learning in the final assembly plant. This included data collection (interviews and questionnaires), analyzing the data statistically and qualitatively, and developing actions plans for improved quality, motivation and learning. I also published the results in scientific reports within a research project I was affiliated to at Chalmers University of Technology entitled "Flexibility and Learning".
