Customer Support Partner - International Strategic Accounts
CurrentThe International Strategic Accounts Team is part of our Enterprise Solutions business, where we put our customers first and at the centre of everything we do. Operating on a multi country basis, our key objectives are to improve client interaction and ensure we deliver the high quality recruitment services we are contracted to provide.Within this team I am responsible for:• Day to day interactions with Strategic International Clients • Supporting strategic Client engagement, growth and development (e.g. support with general queries and questions, managing job vacancies flow, spotting possible growth opportunities) • Liaising with international office network and consultants all around the world • Supporting recruiting consultants throughout the recruitment process to ensure best delivery • Reporting on key aspects regarding recruitment process, on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis • Technology used: PowerBI, SalesCloud, One Touch
