A newly added position on the Alpha Phi executive board. My priority is to raise more than the $46,000 we raised last year. I delegate 3 positions underneath me that I created and am projected to plan over 9 events with the help of councils and committees I facilitate tasks to. I allocate a budget of over $36,000 to plan events like our Red Dress Gala that has over 500 attendees.

Worked underneath the VP of sisterhood to organize members and plan engaging sisterhood events. Considering factors like accessible, inclusion, and longterm member retention.

I worked to deliver exceptional customer assistance and service. Along with sales and revenue generation by utilizing sales techniques learned through my training and my previous employment in retail. I have familiarized myself with the brand and am confident in building customer relationship and revenue generation as a result.

I work on promoting the event through social media marketing and collaboration with different organizations on campus. Along with a team, orchestrating events with San Diego State students that utilizes a venue, djs, and proper sound/lighting equipment. I have been able to connect this back to my marketing major by gaining an insight into these skills: comprehensive event management, customer-centric focus, relationship building and networking, and integrated marketing strategies. At our first event of the year wesold over 400 tickets for a cumulative profit of around $8,000.
