Daily support, management and follow on of Private Equity and VC portfolio that currently comprises 7 international companies focused on dynamic and innovative technology. The current portfolio includes the internationally well-known Israeli smart glass producer Gauzy Ltd, US companies Mindera Health, 1World Online, Inc. and Starta Capital and Swiss based security systems’ producer Apstec® Systems and others. The portfolio support assumes the performance of the following tasks:- Participation at the executive bodies of portfolio companies where it is applicable- Regulation and administration of any legal tasks associated with portfolio companies- Preparation of quarterly and annual reports which reflect the financial and business performance of the portfolio- Providing qualitative and quantitative assessment of the portfolio companies prior raising the new investment rounds- Screening new investment opportunities available at the market- Development of the exit strategy and performance all the legal and organizational steps of the exit process

Quadriga Capital Russia is a German private equity fund which is investing in Russia the funds provided by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), International Financial Corporation (IFC) and other international investors.
