-Remotely advise up to 15 students 1:1 per week to enhance their application materials (resumes, cover letters, proposals)-Advise students on career goals and aspirations, job prospects and searches, other professional development skills -Create greater access to and understanding of CLBR resources: design and facilitate on campus programs such as resume & grant writing workshops and alumni panel discussions

-Encourage middle school students to grow artistically by constructing detailed lesson plans outlining the fundamentals of digital photography and familiarizing students with photographic equipment, materials, methods, and processes -Develop and refine student artwork by facilitating art making activities, engaging students in group discussions, and preparing students for an end of year exhibition

-Supported the Art History faculty by reconciling department purchasing, navigating internal bureaucratic processes, coordinating events, and maintaining an active social media presence to encourage student involvement in the program-Planned and executed a week long visual art camp for 100 Arkansas high schoolers by overseeing logistics relating to housing, catering, transportation, schedules, and art-making activities; lived on-site and handled all emergencies, crises, and any other disruptions as needed during the camp session

-Directed Reed Arts Week; orchestrated and facilitated campus wide event with $30k budget, reviewed applications and distributed micro-grants to student artists, and provided timely professional correspondence.-assisted in curatorial endeavors such as exhibition design, writing and designing exhibition catalogues, and distributing important information to the Cooley's visitors -performed educational outreach by assisting local galleries and individual artists in exhibition preparation such as research, writing wall labels, and installing artworks.

●Assist students, faculty, staff, and community users by checking in/out library materials and equipment, providing basic guidance and troubleshooting support in the use of PARC technology, shelving and retrieving library materials, and completing other projects as assigned.

● Work with the Education and Public Programs team to facilitate a range of programs and learning opportunities. Includes preparing spaces; welcoming and assisting lecturers, artists, and community partners with program set-up and execution; and engaging and guiding visitors in activities and programs.● Lead Coordinator of annual POWER UP event, a celebration and collectivization of Portland area LGBT+ youth
