The Sequoia Tech Program is an innovative benefits program designed for fast-growing, VC-backed technology companies. My team manages the growth and evolution of the program aimed to improve the health outcomes for our clients. Specifically, I:- Evaluate and implement new vendor partnership opportunities and collaborate with Legal to negotiate business contracts. - Launched partnership with Springbuk and managed the implementation of their health insights tool used to monitor and manage clinical data.- Manage vendor relationships and establish standard SOPs for project tracking, issue tracking, and resolution management.- Managed RFP and proposed a business case to launch a channel partnership with a benefits technology platform. Currently have over 80 clients on this platform.- Led a team of 10 client operations managers in 3-month special project to migrate 54 clients on to a new benefits administration platform. Developed the migration strategy, project plan, and managed the on-time execution of the system configuration, data conversation, QA testing, integration development, training, and client communications. - Created a streamlined client onboarding toolkit comprised of a timeline, checklist, data collection workbooks, and training slides used by 40+ client team members across the company.- Provide input on app features and test the user experience of the Sequoia Mobile App.
