- Researching and contacting suppliers - Preparing proposals, requesting quotes and negotiating purchase terms and conditions- Sample testing and quality control- Purchase order management in Comarch ERP XL system- Preparing custom documents and ensuring smoothness of the custom clearance process

- Managing communication with customers, responding to the inquiries about the orders and products- Timely processing and delivering customer orders in SAP- Processing credit memos for returns, pricing issues and RMA- Communication with warehouse, finance department, RMA, Chinese HQ and external forwarders- Managing customer data and agreements - Implementing training and onboarding process for interns and new employees in the Business Operations departament

- Administration of the company’s reception desk, mail and post management- Support and supervision over the proper flow of the internal and external documents- Settlements of costs, basic knowledge of accounting, invoices registration- Ordering office supplies, cooperating with landlords, technical services and external companies, etc.- Managing internal and external meetings- Travel arrangements

- Supporting development, enhancement and maintenance of databases- Performing data analysis using statistical tools- Generating data reports on periodic basis

- Managing email case queue by providing customer care service in English- Providing quick resolutions to inquiries regarding the website, products, returns and orders- Processing tickets via Zendesk system

- Handling incoming calls and written communication - Documents and teaching materials translation (Chinese to English and English to Chinese)- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, maintaining student's records- Managing language certificates/courses registration and paperwork- Dealing with student's inquiries, scholarship and visa applications
