- Develop and refine maintenance strategies aligned with site's manufacturing strategies & objectives.- Provide technical resource and sharing best practice across site- Continue to develop a principled and competent maintenance Engineer team -Set up Reliability team to define reliability best practices and integrate into plant in order to design, and build the most profitable, reliable, lowest life cycle cost assets by improving robustness of equipment installations- Reliability programs development and implementation - Proper tracking of reliability KPIs and complete required report- Develop and monitor multi-years reliability improvement plan, which will include the development and execution of capital and expense projects for failure prevention and continuous improvement- Ensure lessons learned, best practices, action items of reliability incidents are communicated and incorporated in the design of new projects and new technical specification- Train and develop Reliability talents

-Lead the deployment of all aspects of the maintenance work processes, mechanical Integrity/plant outages, and site reliability improvement programs-Conduct training, provide subject matter expertise to all required personnel (maintenance, operations, leadership) on the implementation and sustaining operating mechanisms.-Provide significant input into reliability, maintainability and operability during project design to assure optimal decision making on capital vs. life cycle cost and support achievement of key performance targets once plant is on-line. -Be responsible for site MIQA activities during BQ,IQ,QQ,PQ and normal operation-Develop and lead an OEE Steering Team to hold accountability for improvement targets and give visibility to progress and key actions on the critical identified lines.-Lead the preparation and implementation of the SAP-PM and Meridium Asset Performance Management to maximize the utilization and benefit plant reliability / MI programs. -Be responsible for developing and controlling the budget of plant maintenance and improvement

-Be responsible for site reliability system development, include CR/FMEA/RCM/RCA/MOC-F, and so on.-As site SAP key user, to set up SAP-PM module and Meridium analysis system to improve the uptime and optimize maintenance management-Be responsible for site reliability improvement project, coordinated with contract engineering service to implement site facilities modification and process improvement; to confirm new facility is designed to meet the expected standards to field availability

-Be responsible for routine maintenance and engineering implementation in complex with 1000T/Y MIBK plant, 6000T/Y Melamine plant, 3000T/Y Propylene Carbonate plant and 12000T/Y Melamine plant-As project leader, led new facility was designed to meet the expected standards to field availability-Be responsible for MIQA work process development and implementation-In charge a maintenance and engineering group with 35
