Current- Communicate expectations and align the team to our company culture and organizational standards- Develop and implement a plan to facilitate all resident, team member, and company needs- Provide regulatory guidance/support with federal and state surveys and plans of correction- Cultivate and foster our vision, mission and core values within our organization- Develop and conduct customer engagement, quality care, service, and regulatory performance assessments- Define company goals and strategies to bolster resident and customer engagement- Implement coaching and training to align all levels of team member competency
