I’m the co-founder and CEO of Embody, a privacy-forward menstrual wellness app. My journey in education, startups, and advocacy—across Atlanta and San Francisco—has shaped who I am. Inspired by my own experience with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder and pivotal moments like the overturning of Roe v. Wade, I started Embody to empower individuals and drive change. When I’m not working, you’ll find me with family and friends, snuggling my dog, Lola.
