As Head of the HE&OR team at Novartis Pharma in the UK, I led a team of dedicated and knowledgeable HE&OR professionals. Together we focus on optimising national reimbursement for our launch brands and shaping the HTA strategy for pipeline assets.I seek to nurture those in my team, and enable them to be the best possible versions of themselves.
