As the Senior Project Manager at Gröna Lund, my primary focus was developing and managing the company’s largest initiative to date: “Winter Wonderland” – a brand-new winter season!I oversaw project budgets and strategic planning, managing the park's overall theme, including food units, entertainment, and attractions. I led cross-functional collaboration and interdepartmental coordination, ensuring seamless information flow and successful project execution. This role required extensive relationship-building and information-gathering to adapt the annual cycle to new seasonal requirements, making it both exciting and developmental.

I managed logistics for high-profile meetings, ensuring security and efficiency, and oversaw large-scale corporate events, coordinating travel, accommodation, and on-site operations including catering and guest services. My key responsibilities included logistics management, event coordination, and providing exceptional guest services for both high-profile and corporate events.

Utomlands

For a few years, I had the dream job of working as a tour leader, stationed for an entire season in the French Alps and taking on temporary assignments and trips to various destinations to satisfy my skiing urge during my studies. During the summer, I worked as a tour leader in Spain and Croatia. I was humbled to be named "Guide of the Year" and received the highest ratings for service level in guest surveys for three consecutive years.

During a few years, I worked part-time at the Sport Shop and successfully contributed to increased turnover of matching training tracksuits, floorball sticks, and the occasional running shoe.

Shop assistant in grocery and home furnishing retail. Operated cash registers, unpacked goods, and wrapped thousands of gifts in glittery paper.

Cared for, entertained, and educated children in groups. And I did it well.
