Current- Protect company brand and human rights in the supply chain
- Maintain processes to ensure direct and international vendor compliance through contracts, third-party audits, and other industry best practices
- Advise internal business partners and collaborate with suppliers to initiate and complete Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) or consult on exiting suppliers when standards are violated or other issues arise
- Regularly assess risks associated with specific geographies, vendors, and issues within Starbucks supply chain to prioritize Starbucks responsible sourcing efforts effectively
- Provide reporting to cross-functional business partners ensuring responsible program compliance (i.e. California Transparency in Supply Chains Act) is met and promotes transparency
- Provide external reporting on continuous improvement of Starbucks responsible program
