10 students were selected by the director of the Professional Sales Program at Kennesaw State University to serve and represent the student body by creating lasting relationships between the students, faculty, and companies that want to be apart of this award winning program. The purpose includes: -Providing feedback on existing CPS and related programs, sales curriculum, and CPS Corporate Partners-To offer new ideas on existing and potential programs-To establish relationships with students, faculty and industry as a natural course of interaction with each.

I was a door to door sales representative for AT&T and Direct T.V and was in a leadership position throughout the company. I provided solutions to clients who were not happy with their current provider and paying a lot for only a little bit of service. Other aspects of my job included following up with clients through the installation process to make sure that their experience was a successful one. I also had the experience of running a team and was in charge of helping train them in sales.

I made between 100-150 telephone calls a day to individuals who registered on thehome property search site when looking to buy or sell a home. I followed up on the lead bycollecting additional information about their home search and wrote a detailed description and report of what the lead and I discussed for the Real Estate Agent to review. I was empowered to make a decision on the direction of the lead based upon if the individual was ready to buy/sell a home now or later or if this is a first time buyer or if this is a repeat buyer. I developed the leads coming through the site and setup the appointment with the Real Estate Agent for either a first time home buyer’s consultation or to view homes fitting the buyer’s requirements.

I assisted in acquiring, pricing, and stocking inventory, sales of merchandise tocustomers, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. I performed customer check out,answered phone calls, and maintained the store. I also maintained personal customer accountsalong with their funds.
