About Anna Hassett
Hi there! I am Anna and I am a graduate of Augusta University where I earned my Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. I currently work in outpatient lymphedema therapy where I get to empower individuals on a daily basis. Before attending graduate school, I graduated summa cum laude with Honors from Georgia Southern University, earning my Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology. During my time in Augusta University’s Occupational Therapy program, I developed and refined my passions for disability access and resources, women's health, access to care, and more. My research pursuits focus on disparities affecting Autistic students in the public school system. I had the fortunate opportunity to present this research at the AOTA Inspire conference in April of 2022. I also enjoy serving others and have volunteer experience both nationally and internationally. I look forward to connecting with you and sharing our experiences!
