Many years ago, prof. R. Hołyst, who was opening one of the semester on my university, wished us something that I still treat as my life motto: "I don't wish You successes, but I wish you all to have a real impact on what you will be doing in the future." Communication and PR is the area that keeps me in the feeling of having impact and influence on really meaningful things. Writing stories, designing communication world and making a difference are the most crucial factors that make me enjoy my professional life. I try to see and describe the detail in each activity and event that makes audience to stop, think and feel inspired. Customs is quite challenging topic to tell the world about. That's why writing not only about dry facts from the border, but raising the role of each officer, of the thinkers and doers in one who contribute to ensurig safety, and the same way having a huge impact on our daily lives, simply needs the skill to see what is not that obvious. PR can make or brake the organization, so raising the visibility means responsibility and the right direction while knowing the purpose. Communication guru Seth Godin, once said: people do not buy goods and services. They buy relations, stories and magic. Customs might be a good story and a magic too.
