Hi there! I'm Anna. I have my MA in the Clinical Counseling Psychology from Assumption University with concentrations in cognitive behavioral therapy and youth and family therapy. I have two years of clinical experience treating clients aged 5 and up. Skilled in trauma informed, strength-based counseling, CBT, writing, mindfulness techniques, teaching, and public speaking. Prior to starting grad school, I was a program director with a demonstrated history of working in the summer camp and environmental education field. I'm passionate about connecting with and helping others to best utilize strengths and make positive changes in their lives.
