Objectives, responsibilities and key tasks of the position _ Lead, direct and control all marketing policies, programs and activities that are consistent with organization's overall mission, vision and short & long-term business objectives. _ Monitor, analyze & evaluate market trend, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities, adjust marketing strategy and/or plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions. _ Conduct market research, product portfolio planning, pricing campaigns, public relations & marketing communications, advertising and promotions. _ Build relationship with strategic customers to maximize organization's business interest. _ Build rapport relationship with officials and/or government health authorities to promote OB position in China and influence related healthcare policies. _ Liaise with other senior executives across the organization (particular in the sales/marketing functions) to ensure that marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of business and align with overall corporate objectives. _ Lead, direct and develop a team of product marketing and marketing communication.
