This is done through strategy planning, target setting, defining roadmaps, change management, team work, cross functional work using lean philosophy thinking. Good relation to concerned authorities and making sure legislation is followed is a base.

Challenging and driving the production, logistics and support functions on all levels to improve performance. This done through techniques such as team work, process development, operational management structure, target setting, standardized work, 5S, problem solving, value stream mapping, kaizen, continuous improvements, GENBA etc.

Operational responsibility at the CKD (Complete Knocked Down) area Tuve plant concerning approx 300 employees. Focus to handle change management issues and transforming the operation to achieve improved efficiency.

Developing the lean journey for Tuve plant through a team consisting of skilled lean coaches, trainers and auditors. The responsibility included responsibility of the plant Management System (ISO 9001)

Driving product development through 45 skilled employees (both regular and consultants) most focusing on PDM (Product Data Management) using Enovia (Dassault Systems)

Responsible in projects at customers such as Volvo Cars, Volvo Trucks, Volvo Buses, Volvo Penta and Volvo Aftermarket within the Product Development area focusing on virtual manufacturing, digital mock-ups etc

For Volvo IT at Volvo Cars

Responsibility to coordinate all 12 of Eka Chemicals plants on site Bohus to make sure work environment regulation was fulfilled and improved (Seveso directive included). This job included conducting Safety Assessments globally
