I work at the department of business development and management systems within the CEO-staff. I manage projects that deliver secure digitalization and automation of operations which are sustainable providers of electrical power. There are 31 participants in the project, who work together to provide secure and administrable IT- platforms that have a high demand for availability, and as a result, impact human behaviour. I have created and implemented working methods for project management within business development and derive inspiration from several agile methods. With a well functional team and improved agile work procedures, we were able to quickly and efficiently transition to working remotely during the pandemic. Thanks to an early and prioritized delivery of a secure solution, the customer’s impact goals were met during pressing situations even with other already ongoing projects.

My work revolved around global security projects with the task of reporting to the main project manager from the parent company CGI Canada. I also project managed security projects within CGI Sweden, where I reported to the project owners within the group executive board and ordering security manager. I led a pilot project where the customer implemented a new secure system support. The project was one aspect of a major adjustment plan for the implementation of a new work procedure which involved digitalization and an automated flow of the facility’s information. The project resulted in a comprehensive evaluation with the recommendation to continue the implementation and change processes.

I was a project manager for the implementing of lending and leasing systems to banks and leasing companies. The projects were steered according to PPS with Scrum for requirements, development, and testing, which resulted in us quickly achieving the customer’s needs and delivering value.

Digitalisering och automatisering av flera myndigheter i Sverige. Projekten levererade system och arbetssätt som stödjer säkra, digitala ärenden. Det var starten för helt nya arbetssätt inom kommunsverige och nya beteenden hos oss medborgare. Projekten ledde till ökad effektivitet, datasäkerhet, tillgänglighet på tjänster samt kundnöjdhet.

Ansvarig för implementering av affärssystemet Microsoft Dynamics AX. Specialkompetens inom modulerna Finance, Project och CRM. Projekten resulterade i effektivare arbetssätt med system som gav stöd genom en hel process. Ledare av kompetensgruppen Finance inom Dynamics AX för SYSteams konsulter i Norden. Mentorskap till nyanställda.

Ansvarig för implementering av affärssystemen Microsoft Axapta samt Vismas ekonomisystem hos små och medelstora företag och kommuner. Förbättringsprojekt innebar en teknikutveckling och beteendeförändringar. Resulterade i moderna systemstöd med effektivare arbetssätt och bättre beslutsstöd.

Ansvarig för införandet av företagets kvalitetscertifiering av ISO 9001 med rapportering till koncern-VD. Arbetet innebar kartläggning företagets processer samt förbättringar i syfte att uppfylla kvalitetskrav. Projektet att kvalitetssäkra företaget blev då Sveriges snabbaste kvalitetscertifiering. Framgångsfaktorn var en nära dialog med alla personer som behövde ändra sina arbetssätt och närhet till högsta ledningen.
