A Six Sigma Black Belt, she led a corporate LEAN program to establish OhioHealth as the market’shigh-value, low-cost provider and helmed continuous improvement initiatives that contributed to $125M+ in labor cost savings in 18 months.Currently, Anna is Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning at OhioHealth, where shehas improved the hiring process for 12 care sites and business units to address pandemic-related talentdeficits. In this role, she also decreased overall time-to-fill by 14 days and guided DEI initiatives thatincreased the system’s leaders of color by more than 5 percent.Anna’s career highlights include: - Pandemic Leadership: Served as HR, Staffing and Workforce executive for COVID-19 commandcenter, with oversight for planning, resource recovery and reopening. Redeployed 1K+ nurses andother front-line associates in suspended services to provide beside care for COVID-19 patients athospitals system-wide. - Service Line Development: Created radiation oncology department, pain management service andmaternal fetal medicine program that collectively contributed $12M revenue benefit in two years. - IT Innovation: Led two hospital campuses through on-time, on-budget $250M EPIC implementation. - Facility Construction: Developed business plan and steered construction of $20M expansionproject to drive patient volume growth in surgical services, observation unit and women’s healthprogram.
