I will continue to invite encounters and enable a shared searching for shared ways forward. I will refrain from drawing an artificial line between philanthropic and other activities - we are all individuals with different levers for change, and organizations should arrange themselves within one constellation, not X different ones according to their org type.- Getting better at sense-making: verbalizing the science and the responsibility. I am not skilled in being very concise! I want to learn to make my point with less than 1000 words.- More work-life family balance, and add here a section for own wellbeing and resilience.- More birdwatching!
