Responsible for billings and design win revenue in Direct and Channel Sales for Nordics and the Netherlands. Lead the field sales team including distribution account managers, reseller account managers, IOT new customer hunting, FAE and the IOT lab with team members based across Sweden, Finland, Belgium and the Netherlands. The extended, sales centre based, teams include an additional 10+ members.Led the Nordics/Netherlands channel team through a merger with UK to form a Northern Europe group at the end of 2015. During the same time, in a really tough channel business environment, we over achieved our annual billings quota.In 2016 have been part of the leadership team driving the formation of Direct and Channel Sales for Northern Europe and have led the Nordics/Netherlands team through the transition while continuing to meet business targets.

Set up and developed Intel’s branded distribution engagements in Nordics. Established new relationships within distributors, rolled out new branded distribution program and executed on branded strategy set up by HQ. Over achieved branded sales targets every quarter. Retained responsibility for broad channel sales and managed the sales centre team.

Responsible for sales through reseller segment below top covered accounts. Worked with distribution for finding new prospects and managed the inside sales team for follow up and nurturing. Key to success was enabling and motivating the inside sales team to drive business. Under my leadership the Nordics & Benelux team beat their sales targets every quarter.

Member of Swedish and Nordic management teams, responsible for overall marketing plan and execution of global marketing strategy in the Nordics. Did research to identify decision makers and decision making process for storage investment, led execution of event-, telemarketing- and online based lead generation activities and worked closely with distribution and key storage resellers supporting their lead generation activities.
