• Responsible for engaging with the Domain Leader, Digital Leader, and their representatives to ensure business requirements related to GTS Technologies are met, and the solution provided matches those requirements.• Establishing, building, and maintaining good relationships with new and existing business function customers. • Overseeing initiative project identification in roadmaps and enabling GTS to execute and deploy.• Participating and engaging in business level strategy discussions and delivering consistent communication messages around GTS Technologies. • Responsible for coordinating the development, review, and validation of business function requirements for new projects, tools, or applications from a GTS services standpoint.• Represents Global Technology Services to the Domain and Digital Leaders. The GTS BP represents the ‘business voice’ within the organization. I ensures that IT solutions support the implementation of business strategy and alignment with function strategy. Thus, I drive collaboration across the organization between Schneider Digital and business representatives, ensuring IT plans are addressing business needs. I encourages operational excellence by working with Enterprise IT to deliver reliable solutions.

• Needs and challenges analysis. • Establish Business case and budget plans for teams and provide forecasting to senior management• Plan and manage projects/squads to drive feature development and operational activities. • Meetings with providers and actors to explain the needs, follow the advances and ensure the milestones. Agile project management. • Actively interface with software developers, cybersecurity specialists, DevOps engineers, product managers, test engineers, UX and UI designers and administrators on projects. • Ensure the right integrations for the project. Quiter, idoccar, Motroflash, BBVA, Trilogi, Eurotax, JATO, AutobizCarcheck, TrustPilot etc.• Establish, adhere to, and manage scope, timeline, and budget• Run the agile ceremonies, perform capacity planning for the teams and hold team members accountable for the delivery of their committed stories• Collaborate with the operations manager to establish planning for the operational transition of new project features• Collaborate with managers to understand priorities and communicate tradeoffs as needed.• Drive and coordinate project adoption, actively engaging product development, quality, regulatory, and customer adoption teams.• Follow up and reporting stakeholder about the project performance. • Elaborate the digital marketing plan, ecommerce contents for the launch and the analysis about the ecommerce performance.
