I am a fourth year nursing student at the University of Virginia expected to graduate with my BSN in May of 2024. I am looking for a job in pediatrics or medical surgical care and have completed clinical rotations in both of these areas. I worked a full time, 36 hour per week externship position at UVA Medical Center during the summer before my senior year started and gained a lot of necessary experience and skills. I worked on a medical surgical general medicine floor and was precepted by an experienced RN. I am currently working as a patient care technician in the float pool at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital.
