As an Associate Director, Ms. Hoffman is responsible for the overall client relationship within the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). She provides financial and administrative task management for several contracts across the department and is responsible for account maintenance and growth through her support of business development activities. Additionally, Ms. Hoffman is responsible for overall client delivery and satisfaction and supporting personnel management and career guidance of employees. She has supported numerous projects within the Department of Housing and Urban Development including Azure Cloud Operations, Salesforce Implementation, ITIL Implementation and Training, OCIO Program Management Office Support, Strategic Planning, Performance and Risk Management, Governance and Organizational Development and Data Center Support Services. Prior to supporting HUD, Ms. Hoffman provided various support services through the Federal government. She worked with the U.S. Department Agency for International Development (USAID) Bureau for Policy, Planning, and Learning to standardize mission business processes for data intensive functions, like budgeting, judging program performance, and Monitoring and Evaluation resulting in a core set of requirements to ultimately support the development of a common information system. At the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Ms. Hoffman supported the OCIO to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the current organization by transforming OCIO business operations and service delivery capabilities in a manner that reflects best practice-based information technology (IT) organizations. Ms. Hoffman supported the Department of Transportation (DOT) with strategic communications advisory services and small-scale application development efforts and migration. Finally Ms. Hoffman worked with OMB in the development of the Federal Spending Solution Architecture for USASpending.gov.

Ms. Hoffman analyzed and evaluated business and technology process within the consumer bank line of business and leveraged technology to identify issues, deliver creative solutions, and drive resolution through partnership and collaboration. She assessed applications, infrastructures, and processes in place within short time constraints (3-5 weeks) as well as worked on multiple project simultaneously. Her work with JP Morgan Chase has given her a thorough understanding of business process, system integration, risk assessment, and control implementation. Ms. Hoffman partner closely with business and technology managers in order identify and mitigate all risks and recognize control gaps and break downs within business processes. As an internal consultant she was responsible for evaluating business, accounting, and technology processes within many lines of business. Ms. Hoffman communicated frequently and effectively with management and stakeholders both orally and in writing to articulate clear messages and identify, evaluate, control, and monitor risk.
