Through this work, I observed the opportunity to deepen relationships with clients and evolve their experience of financial planning. This enabled me to plan to build and lead a new service area for First Republic. As Head of Family Wealth Resources, I collaborated with team members across the organization to design, deliver and drive the adoption of innovative and thoughtful resources that elevated clients’ personal experiences and increased the effectiveness of the advisory teams who serve them.Prior to First Republic, I held progressively responsible positions with Wells Fargo Private Bank, where I helped secure anchor clients, built relationships and substantively grew assets under management. Throughout my last two years with Wells, I ran the P&L for trust and investment fiduciary platforms while managing a team of 16 planning professionals working with Wells’ largest clients. During this time, I also effected a significant paradigm shift to a more proactive and consultative way of delivering services.As a highly engaged manager, I strive to lead by example and approach my work with integrity, inclusivity and commitment.
