In every stage of my career I have strived to learn from and build connections with those I collaborate with. I started my career path with an interest in counseling psychology and set my focus on developing the skills needed to assist individuals with their personal growth and development. While I did not continue on this path, I maintained these skills and pursued a new role in the Learning and Development field. This field has allowed me to:1. Build courses and designing training materials that strengthen the work of staff who assist patients or clients in the Healthcare setting. 2. Strengthen connections with my teammates by pursuing their expertise with enthusiasm and curiosity.3. Teach adults the practical skills needed to grow not just as employees, but as individuals. 4. Use my creative edge to help lead group projects towards a common goal. My cumulative experiences in the Healthcare field have driven me to seek connections with creative individuals who have a passion for learning and personal growth.
