Responsibilities at ESES Income Team for Warsaw Custody Department:• process migration from Dublin to Warsaw Branch;• operational responsibility for Administrators and Senior Administrators in a group;• processing income and corporate action related events for a select portfolio of Citi clients – asa checker and, if needs be, as a process supervisor;• be responsible for set up and a smooth end-to-end processing of transactions and/or events throughout their lifecycle;• cooperation with other Citi teams placed in Europe, America and Asia to ensure timely and accurate execution of the processs;• acting as a point of contact for Citi Clients• proactively analyze the process to identify and implement improvements, eliminate potential issues and mitigate risk• participating in Contingency Testing.

Responsibilities as Listed Derivatives CCP Reconciliation Team:• reconciliation of futures and options trades, cash, positions and expirations to internal and external Clearers (Exchanges & Brokers) across most major world Exchanges;• ensuring all trade breaks are accurately reported to London TC and London Trade Breaks on T+1 for resolving;• investigation and reporting occurred discrepancies within reference data, static data and intercompany parties;• providing mentoring for newcomers;• writing and updating internal procedures;Additional courses:• Self Starters and Goal Accountability 2015 • Future Manager Program 2015
