I provide individual therapy using Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprogramming (EMDR), Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), meditations, and talk therapy. I am also a level II shamanic reiki provider and a student at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing. From day one, I provide guidance through tuning into your energy, as you discuss your history and goals. I maintain a dual focus - helping you release energetic attachments (thoughts, emotions, beliefs, etc.) and build the life that is innately yours.My passion is working with the expansion of consciousness and helping people understand they are more than who they were taught to be and more than who they decided they must be.
