I am also a level II shamanic reiki provider and a student at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing. Anna Huff, Ph.D. of Thriving Center of Psychology, is a licensed clinical psychologist who completed her doctorate training at Alliant International University with a concentration in Victimology and a master’s degree in Organizational Behavior. She has since expanded her work into the areas of spirituality and mindfulness.Dr. Huff views therapy through an integrative and holistic lens and is currently focusing her practice on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is a specialized therapeutic approach using bilateral stimulation to assist the brain through a natural healing process. She specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and work-related distress. Her passion is in helping clients gain a sense of freedom and vitality by accessing a fulfilling and meaningful life.
