Managed the implementation and maintenance of the event App for the QUESCREN Forum: Minority Community Vitality Through Education as well as managing online audience-engagement platforms during panel discussions.

Developed and edited educational materials for regional human rights training in Sri Lanka.

Compiling, analyzing and synthesizing all workshop and presentation data gathered during 70 sessions during the 8th International Conference on Human Rights Education for a compendium on human rights education. Designing an online dissemination strategy to ensure that the resource would be available to human rights educators and activists around the globe.

The 8th International Conference on Human Rights Education was a 3.5 event that welcomed over 300 participants from around the world to share human rights education practices for addressing global challenges. My role included the following tasks: - Managing the selection, setting-up and maintenance of the conference mobile Application both prior and during the conference- Co-designing, developing and carrying out the conference evaluation proceedings for the 300 conference attendants using online questionnaires, including the facilitation of an interactive evaluation session with all participants where the results were reported live- Providing audio-visual support for all 5 plenary presentations- Classifying and managing conference submissions, as well as communicating with conference presenters in preparation for the conference- Communicating with speakers and participants, as well as managing keys documents for visa applications and correspondence with embassies. - Communicating logistical information to all conference partners, including McGill University and the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights

Guided students in clarifying, developing and presenting their ideas through their written work in both French and English. Also led French and English conversation groups.

Created interactive classroom activities to enable high school students develop their spoken-English competencies. Utilized music, film and SMART Board technology to optimize student engagement and learning.

Developed private language lessons focusing on students’ business English skills to enable career advancement. Lessons were based around job-specific language, including Finance, Aerospace and Marketing. Also held Skype lessons with students using online learning resources.

- Prepared lessons tailored to the needs and interests of multinational students, using the school curriculum and authentic original material. - Evaluated students through the conception and marking of exams.- Co-organized a fundraising event in aid of the youth charity Save the Children, which raised over $500 towards the building of a school in Ecuador.
