Managing an average monthly “Inventory on Hand” of £3.6m across 12,000 SKUs, within several divisions of the business across Transactional Print, Security Print, Direct Mail and a Pick and Pack operation.My role facilitates the cascading and implementation of the business strategic approach at an operational level, to ensure a realisation of the board’s vision for the business.During my time leading the newly established department I have implemented a uniformed approach across the 3 sites by creating and aligning the methodology and practices to the business direction to deliver results. Sharing best practices across group and building a team mentality from previously siloed teams.
