Managing an average monthly “Inventory on Hand” of £3.6m across 12,000 SKUs, within several divisions of the business across Transactional Print, Security Print, Direct Mail and a Pick and Pack operation.My role facilitates the cascading and implementation of the business strategic approach at an operational level, to ensure a realisation of the board’s vision for the business.During my time leading the newly established department I have implemented a uniformed approach across the 3 sites by creating and aligning the methodology and practices to the business direction to deliver results. Sharing best practices across group and building a team mentality from previously siloed teams. Applying a standardised stock management approach across group such as IQR, and PSS to efficiently manage inventory levels, tackling aged stock to improve cash flow at group level.Key elements are:·          ITO improvements YOY·          Reduction in IOH of £1m in 9 months – whilst supporting SLAs·          Centralisation of processes and procedures·          Involved in the migration of 2 whole site moves and migration of work.·          Working closely with the senior leadership teamCreating a central culture from previously siloed teams
