* Consultation and problem solving for complex systems queries from CSS, HRBPs, local HRs, business, employees etc. (HC 40.000);* Proposed and submitted system changes, corrections and updates based on the regular incidents analysis (testing and further implementation incl.);* Supported CSS on WorkDay future strategies and growth, participated in HR CSS projects;* Reporting and analytics.
