· Development and set up of the business model for ADB Group European manufacturing (entitiesinvolved, cost structure, import duty and tax burdens, risk assessment)· Negotiations with the manufacturing subcontractor in Poland· Monitoring the subcontractor’s performance· Coordination of the activities of the European Operations team and driving appropriate processimprovement: ->Production planning and control ->Production supply and FG logistics ->Production engineering ->Production-related financial and tax issues - Valuation, planning and control of COGS for European production - Reporting on production cost - Inventory control· Supervision of high-value investment execution from cost perspective; effective tax planning in thisarea· Optimisation of import duty and tax schemes related to European production· Developing and implementing cost effective structures· Close co-operation with Group CFO in order to optimize Group financial position· Proper VAT settlements in EU countries

· Implementation of ADB Group corporate chart of account· Implementation of new accounting system including defining and developing the customized module for cash management· Preparation of the monthly reports for the group consolidation purposes· Supervision of the everyday and specific transactions booking towards IFRS compliance; preparinginstructions in this area· Monthly reconciliation of accounts· Calculation and documentation of the R&D costs of the projects· Cooperation with the ADB Group auditors during semi-annual and annual audit· Monthly budget reports preparation and presentation to the management
