-Point of contact for all client inquiries: corporate gatherings, group wine tastings, restaurant buyouts, weddings, in house & off-site events of 20-200 guests. Creating proposals and negotiating with clients.-Working with our PR firm to monitor event attendance and registration, social media presence, keeping up with industry trends.-Maintaining budget, updating price points for product and materials in accordance with industry fluctuations.-Working with outside vendors for all beverage, decor, catering supplies, A/V, and furniture rentals. -Designing all event materials and menus: branded collaborations, themed & concept events, specialty tasting menus, wedding and other private parties.-Administrative duties: calendar management for chef/owner & staff, license renewals, data entry, supply & beverage purchasing. Maintaining inventory of an extensive wine list.

-Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting to the owner.-Working with the team representing the brand at recurring festivals and beverage-centric events in Massachusetts. -Onboarding, training and scheduling of FOH staff.-Keeping up staff with current food & beverage certifications, making scratch beer & brewing education materials.-Menu design, printed, web, and physical board presentation.-Responsible for all outside beverage orders, glassware, office supplies and keeping track of beverage inventory.

-Sales tracking for all in-house events. Constant upkeep and communication with all potential and returning clients, responding to inquiries in an extremely efficient manner. -Marketing, sales, and booking of 200 person reception event space. Seated coursed dinners, fundraisers, corporate parties, birthdays, community events, and max capacity buyouts. -Coordinate and execute all logistics of management, investor and vendor meetings .-Working with the management team, creating SOP for all FOH for a brand new business. Created a training program for staff on the brewing process, and beer styles.-Scheduling FOH employees, reviewing staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives were met.-Built and maintained key relationships across the downtown Boston community to maximize the brewery and restaurant presence.
