• Presentation of UK and Moscow office at Russian market.• Performance of all contracting activities in conjunction with Project team (South Stream, Kara Sea projects).

•Performance of all contracting activities, in conjunction with Project team, including: strategy, prequalification, compiling tender packages, participation in analysis of tenders, contractor negotiations, recommendations, contract preparation and award (survey and drilling).• Post-award contract administration of contracts for survey services including: contractual correspondence, amendments and variations; analysis, monitoring & expedite of the milestones, invoices; maintaining and archiving of contract files/documents.• Preparation of contract templates, corporate contracts, such as supply of goods, performance of works, services, lease agreements (software).• Acting Head of Corporate Contracts Division, coordination work, reporting (2 specialists).

• Drafting contracts (geophysical, geotechnical, metocean services, execution of sections of project documentation, working documentation, field supervision, delivery of equipment, time charter, agency services, custom clearance services, lease agreements (software) with Russian and foreign counterparts.• Follow-up actions throughout the contract lifecycle: prepare and validate all contractual correspondence; issuance and approval of acceptance certificates, invoices; maintaining and archiving of contract files/documen.• Compiling of tender packages, participation clarifications and negotiations.• Reporting, coordination work (2 specialists).
