-Providing support for partners at all stages of work with the airline product (search, booking, purchase);-Processing of partners' requests for air tickets reservations (exchange, refund, data correction, booking additional services);-Interaction with supplier on air reservations;-Entering information information into CRM system

- Processing of requests from customers who have already purchased a trip, travel experts and other categories of marketplace users in a timely matter- Finding and implementing prompt solutions for both - standard and non-standard cases- Management of difficult cases/ financial claims- Receiving positive feedback from users for the expert solution of all issues and emerging problems- Working with product improvement, cross functional communication with other departments- Working in CRM system & with main communication channels (PlanFix, IPtelephony, instant messengers, email)

- Known as the “go-to person” for all inquiries from faculty, staff and students- Performing general front desk office duties (answering multi-line phone system, routing calls, delivering messages to staff, and greeting visitors)- Independently answer routine questions and correspondence from parents, staff, and students not requiring the supervisor's attention- Monitoring High School Principal's and divisional work calendars and scheduling appointments, special events, and meetings- Preparing student records, certificates and leaving documentation for departing students- Coordinating substitute teachers- Organizing school events and meetings (room/venue reservation, invitations, logistics,set up, supplies)- Interacting with vendors, contractors, and professional services personnel to receive orders, direct activities, and communicate instructions- Processing invoices and expenses using an internal payment system to facilitate on-time payment- Organizing excursions/ field trips- Performing Russian/ English translation
