• provide advice to TAX and TAS line management on the application and interpretation of HR policies • implementation and updating HR policies (Anniversary policies, Vacations, illness, etc.) • ensure smooth appointments, promotions and salary changes for TAS and TAX functions, including assisting with salary and promotion guidance • facilitate the induction process for new joiners. Support the line management in identifying learning and development needs. • provide with advice and guidance on Employee Relations issues and Employment Law matters • deal with employee related queries • taking part in salary and bonus review process for TAS and TAX BU • ensure accurate information for the salary review and bonus process at the end of financial year • follow up the decision making process with TAS and TAX line managers to ensure deadlines • drive the development and implementation of action plans resulting from employee opinion survey and initiatives, and track progress • build effective working relationships with Heads of TAS and TAX departments, line managers and employees in operational HR matters. • ensure that HR meets or exceeds business needs • actively engage with HR Business Partners in CIS, financial Coordinators, HR Admin group, TAS and TAX recruitment Coordinators • identify opportunities for streamlining and improving HR processes • work on HR project that improves business environment (TAS People Barometer) • coordinate and manage civil /subcontractors within TAS and TAX • preparing and participating in MYRT and YER performance review within TAX and TAS • preparing HR presentations, trainings and facilitation on internal professional TAS/TAX trainings, townhalls and business games • Implementation and coordinating daily HR processes (Employment/civil contracts, maternity, childcare leave, vacations, unpaid leaves, international assignments) • coaching and counseling an assistant
