Front Desk Assistant- Performed receptionist duties including daily management of the general Graduate School email account, answering and transferring phone calls, assisting walk-in students/faculty/staff with inquiries, and keeping reference material stocked for new and prospective students - Performed initial intake and input of forms, thus improving intradepartmental communication. Data entry played an important role in assisting graduate students progress through their degree programs
