I led the Central Engineering Team, providing support to all parts of the business to enable the delivery and operation of renewable technologies across the entire lifecycle and portfolio (Wind, Solar, BESS and Hydrogen). Key responsibilities include: • Resource Management: ~50 multi-disciplined Engineers (FTE and Contingent) including headcount and budget planning activity and coordination of external resource • Engineering Delivery: Oversight of Owners Engineering activity incl. Project Design Management planning, Project reporting and steering committee member• Business Partnering (Asset Operations): Stakeholder management, leading/coordinating technical issue resolution and ownership of the operational technical risk register• Change & transformation: Implementation of new organisational structures, processes & toolsets• Capability Management: Engineering competency mapping, development of role-based training, acting Science & Engineering graduate programme lead and establishment and ongoing management of the EDF Renewables STEM programme

I led the engineering team responsible for the delivery of Tank and Artillery ammunition portfolios across the entire engineering lifecycle. key responsibilities included:• Resource Management: ~42 multi-discipline engineers (FTE and contingent) incl. headcount planning and capability management activity • Engineering Delivery: Oversight of Engineering programme and conduct of appropriate engineering planning, management and review activities to ensure products are safe, fully compliant and delivered to the agreed specification. • Technical Governance: Design Review and Technical Bid Review Chair (providing ‘go’/’no go’ decisions into Programme Gate reviews) and Change Control Board chair • Strategic direction: Ownership and development of product and technology route maps, ensuring that programmes are adequately funded and resourced
