CurrentFixed Assets & InventoryManage SAP S4 Hana FI-AA module for accurate fixed asset accounting and analytics.Record asset transactions and ensure compliance with Borouge PLC policies & IFRS for depreciation and amortization.Prepare and reconcile month-end schedules for Asset Register, Asset Movement, and CAPEX impairment accruals.Create financial statement disclosure notes for PPE & Intangibles.Ensure timely asset write-offs and retirements following Delegation of Authority (DOA).Maintain monthly Assets Under Construction (AUC/CWIP) Register and coordinate with Investment Controllers for project capitalization.Conduct physical asset verification at Ruwais plant.Align Borouge PLC Asset Accounting procedure with ADNOC policies and manage FA Accounting risks within the approved Risk and Control Matrix (RACM).Calculate and book provisions for Slow Moving and Obsolete Inventory, and prepare Net Realizable Value (NRV) reports.Conduct annual stock counts for Finished Goods and Spare Parts, reconciling inventory with balance sheets.Compile reports required for quarterly and annual audit, including preparation of Inventory Movement, Inventory Comparisons, Inventory write-off provision, Cut-off documents, Roll-forwards and FS disclosures notes.
