As a rehoming and welfare assistant at Cats Protection I am responsible for meeting the needs of cats in the centre. As part of a team, I help to match cats to adopters as well and assist people who are no longer able to care for their cats. I have over 12 years of experience in the animal care sector, working as an Animal Care Assistant, Supervisor and Deputy Manager at RSPCA Little Valley Animal Shelter. There, I managed the daily operations, staff, and veterinary medicines, as well as providing customer service. I have a strong passion for animal welfare and a background in animal sciences and biochemistry. I am always eager to learn new skills and expand my knowledge in this field. I value compassion, integrity, and teamwork, and I strive to make a positive difference in the lives of animals and people.
