I graduated in the spring of 2021 with an interdisciplinary degree in sociology, reinforced by three minors and a crash course in remote classes and self motivated work. I have since continued to develop into a strong team leader, effective communicator, and organized manager. I have been enjoying working at Tatte Bakery and Cafe, where I was quickly promoted to Assistant General Manager. I work with a fabulous multicultural team of all ages, where I have developed skills in scheduling, inventory management, and customer service. With the nature of customer service, my task prioritization and time management abilities have solidified, and I am quite adept at de-escalation and navigating potentially tense situations. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with my team in developing and training new team members and creating and implementing new processes for efficiency.I am open to more administrative focused opportunities, as I wish to continue to develop those skills. As a motivated and efficient team member, I hope to join a welcoming and growing business!
