Retail Operations Support:-Assist with recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing applicants for entry level and store management positions.-Oversee payroll processing, including monitoring employee hours, reconciling employee contracts, and working directly with a third party vendor to process monthly payroll.-Oversee staff benefits-Maintenance of all files and records.-Partner with U.S. Corporate HR Department and other parties to ensure vacation time, sick days and leaves of absences are properly tracked and administered.-Collaborate with regional managers, regional visual managers and human resources teams to achieve company objectives. Promotes teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. -Work collaboratively with retail partners to ensure the timely and smooth opening of all retail locations.-Handle and respond to employee complaints/concerns and government charges. -Implement and update orientation program for new employees.-In charge of internal communications including HR memo, HR policy communication and provide daily HR consultation

C&B-Provide constructive solution to C&B function;-Support manager on annual performance evaluation and salary review;-Be responsible for annual staff cost budget;-Fulfill annual salary survey and analyze salary report;-Communicate C&B policies to co-workers in a clear way;-Support business manager on C&B related issues.L&D：-Deliver orientation training to the new hires;-Organize culture & values training for all co-workers;-Lead development talk with line managers. People relationship:-In charge of on-board and off-board process;-Set up contract renewal process, manager contract renewal/un-renewal/termination process;-Handle work injury/commercial insurance/flexible & collective working hours application;-Maintain staff information, such as training /transfer/promotion record ;-Check and file P-files for daily management.Staffing: -Identify recruitment needs with business managers; maintain and develop internal and external channels; interview and evaluate candidate with line managers; maintain interview assessment; operate reference check; be responsible for the on-boarding process for new hires at all levels within the organization; evaluate interview result. Internal communication:-Develop and maintain internal communication channels and activities.
