Managing and delivering a 12 week Personal Development Team Programme to vulnerable young people. Training and supporting a team of individuals assisting in the Team Programme. Encouraging and guiding up to 15 young people to ensure a positive outcome. Dealing with relevent issues arising from working with 16 to 25 year olds. Responsible for young people on week long residential courses. Establishing and developing solid working relationships with outside agencies to get referrals onto the Team Programme, complete community projects and set up fund-raising opportunities. Keep accurate records of incidents, risk assessments, expenses and personal information.

Responsible for recruiting, motivating and brokering young people aged 16-25 into suitable opportunities to develop their skills. To provide ongoing support and training throughout their placement to achieve a positive outcome. Assist young people in the planning, organising and delivering of events, projects and fundraising activities within the local community. Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with local agencies, charities, schools and colleges.

Used my professional judgment to ensure a high standard was kept to throughout the store. I was also involved in a large number of New Store Openings and Refits up and down the country. Managed and trained small teams within the stores to assist me in preparing the stores for opening.
