My day-to-day duties for this role consist of chasing all aged debt and tackling accounts queries. I work very closely with our team/office manager on a variety of tasks and projects aswell as our team seniors and advisors. I have also most recently become involved in the handling of insurance policy renewals. This has required me to maintain a good level of organisation, adhere to strict deadlines and grow and maintain good rapport with our clientele. Moreover, I organise all company events such as our quarterly socials and Christmas events.

Whilst at Hatton jewellers, I serviced customers with any enquires regarding or the procurement of luxury jewellery. I also dealt with clients via phone, email and face to face and secured the sales of jewellery through these interactions. I was responsible for the purchasing of stock and ensuring deliveries were prompt and were accurate to customer orders. I assisted with all aspects of the business such as operations as stated above, but also had involvement in the marketing team and aided the creation and production of marketing materials for the businesses website and social media.
