This shift in thinking crystalised at the emotional end of a 12-year project as I reflected on my successes and lessons learnt. This realisation that my passion lay in achieving success by focusing on the people, led me to pivot my business and concentrate purely on delivering people-focused insights for execs, leaders and other decision-makers.
